VICE MOUNTED BENDER

Description

• The primary purpose of a vice-mounted wire bender is to bend wires accurately and consistently. It is often used in metalworking, jewelry making, and other crafts where precise wire shapes are required.
• Design: These benders are designed to be mounted on a vice, providing stability and control during the bending process. The vice holds the wire securely in place while the bending mechanism shapes the wire   according to the desired pattern or angle.
• Users typically insert the wire into the bender and secure it in the vice. The user then adjusts the position of the wire and applies pressure to create the desired bend.
• Materials: Bending Pin Made from Hardened Steel and Body from steel to withstand the forces applied during bending .The surfaces that come in contact with the wire are coated and designed to minimize   damage to the wire’s surface.
• Max bending Wire Dia : ø3mm. It will also bend square or rectangular metal shapes. (Max width: 6mm)
• Will bend solid brass, steel or steel piano wire or other Soft Metal
